Femi Akande is an accomplished professional with over a decade of experience in Human Resources and Customer Relationship Management. He holds a degree in English Language from the University of Ilorin, Kwara State, Nigeria, and a certificate in Human Resources Management from the Lagos Business School. Femi is a chartered HR professional, accredited with the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM) Senior Chartered Practitioner (SHRM-SCP) designation.

He is a certified Deloitte Master Trainer and a certified DiSC® Classic facilitator. Additionally, Femi is an accredited Professional Online Training Content Developer by the Chartered Institute Personnel Development (CIPD).

Femi is an associate member of esteemed organizations such as the Nigerian Institute of Training and Development (NITAD), the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM), and the American Society of Training and Development (ATD).

Femi is currently employed in the HR function of Africa’s foremost ICT service provider. He is married with two children.
